Making an Insurance Claim
What you need to know about your homeowner’s insurance adjuster:
Guardian Roofing & Siding is your storm repair specialists for Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and New York. We will meet and work with your Homeowner’s Insurance Adjuster. See some of the details below.
What We Do
01
Inform local homeowners of potential damage to their home's exterior that they may not be aware of or is not seen from the ground by completing a Free No Obligation Storm Damage Inspection.
02
Homeowner files a claim for specific damage and storm date with their homeowner's insurance company and states that their contractor is Guardian Roofing & Siding.
03
Guardian meets with the insurance adjuster onsite to point out the damage we see to your insurance or public adjuster.
04
Guardian will prepare a detailed scope of work itemizing all the damaged materials and repair costs as well as detailed measure sheets that can be submitted to the insurance adjuster after the meeting.
05
Your insurance adjuster will send you their scope of work (estimate) and the initial payment for the work. For your protection, Guardian will review these documents to ensure that the entire repair project has been paid for. In the instance that there are any missing amounts, then Guardian will contact your adjuster to review the estimate.
06
Guardian will schedule the installation date and complete the work as noted on your service agreement.
07
Guardian Roofing & Siding ensures open lines of communication during the entire process of inspection, reporting and installation. We take extra care with our customers to make sure this home repair process is as easy and efficient as possible.
